Unlocking the task

You must first complete the task Prove your authority to Titus Hardie - we have described it on a separate page of the guide.

You must find Klaasje and question her. Klaasje is the woman who is said to have been sexually assaulted by a mercenary named Lely.

Reaching the upper balcony of Whirling-in-Rags

Go to the second floor of the hotel and examine hotel room #3 - this is the door closest to the stairs.

If the woman is currently inside (she won't be there late at night), then you will be allowed inside. Otherwise, you can return at another time or use the secret route through the hostel building, which we described on the Explore the Whirling's secret passages page.

First, use the stairs that lead to the top floor. Then you have to click on the doormat shown in the screenshot, which will move you to the balcony.

Conversation with Klaasje

Klaasje will admit that she hasn't been really assaulted by the deceased mercenary. When you ask why the man died, she will answer that he had something to do with the strike - he worked for Wild Pines and against the Union.

Returning to Titus and completing the task

It's time to go back to Titus and tell him that Klaasje has confessed you the truth. Titus won't be happy about this. You will receive 10 XP. Then, you'll have two options:

1. Take the tape from Titus - this will start the Doorgunner Megamix task.
2. Refuse to accept the tape - you will begin the Get the whole story from Titus task.
