Unlocking the task
This is a small task that you can unlock by talking to Kim - talk to him at any time by clicking on him.
Choose a dialogue option related to Harry's memory loss - Kim will suggest contacting the station.
Using the radio in Kim's car
Approach Kim's car, which is in front of the Whirling-In-Rags building and contact the station 41. Nix Gottlieb will pick up. Select the lazareth dialog option (see the screenshot above).
To complete the task, it's enough to talk to Nix and check out all available dialogue options (Nix cannot help you with amnesia - he will only generally suggest how to behave during the investigation). You will receive 30 XP.
