Thymesia is a contender for the title of the next good soulslike. I realize that many games have claimed this title, so you will have to judge for yourself whether this action RPG deserves such a privilege. The plot isn't revolutionary – we have a fallen kingdom controlled by monsters, created by way of alchemical experiments. The history of this place is known to the main character (resembling a plague doctor), but the problem is that he has amnesia. Therefore, you need to regain his memories to save the situation and also deserve a good ending.
You can never have too many good soulslikes!
Typically for this type of games, Thymesia bases its gameplay on the fragility of the hero and the strength of the opponents. You have to observe their behavior to anticipate their movements and act at the right moments. However, we will not be completely defenseless, because our arsenal will include various diseases – we will use them for special attacks. Our efforts will be rewarded with experience points, thanks to which we will increase the character's abilities.
