I am fond of online courses (Udemy, Coursera, etc.) but this is by far the best course I attended.
The content is really comprehensive, the teacher very prepared, exercises well organized and never boring.

I really loved how Bruno went deep into every details from the Threejs library and also take time to speak about fundamental subject concerning the GPU and webGL coding.
He does have a very creative mindset that will make your journey easy through a really complex coding field that is 3D

I rarely post review message but I had the duty to do it for Three.js Journey :)

I wish Bruno has taught all my coding classes! (And $95 is a steal compared to a college class where you might learn 5% of what Bruno covers in these lessons.) He's an excellent teacher and explains everything very well. So many other courses out there assume you know too much and don't explain anything, or know too little and only gloss over the topics without ever diving in. Bruno covers the auxiliary topics, like hosting a private server and image processing and optimizing, in such an informative and clear fashion that it's helped me become a better coder in both front-end and back-end development. Bruno teaches at the beginner level which is awesome. You could literally take this course without much coding experience as he explains the code too.

What I find most impressive is I'm finally learning shaders. I took another course and did not get it, did some reading and did not get it. I'm taking this course and finally, I'm getting it. This is great!!

The teacher Bruno is incredible. He teaches the hard way first so you get the fundamental understanding, and then blows your mind with the new tools. It is an extremely comprehensive course I'll be referring to for the rest of my life. Worth way more than it costs.

Three.js is a complicated framework, but Bruno has broken it down to simple chapters that progress nicely. I have taught myself, and his entertaining approach and detailed explanations of things is amazing. Most tutorials are either too simple to deliver actual skills you will use, or too complicated to get through lesson 1. Three.js journey is an amazing tutorial to learn to build your own 3D experiences in three.js

The best thing is, Bruno is constantly, updating the course content, and keeping up with the new coming technologies. You don't see that level of dedication everywhere. From top to end, he emphasizes that you don't need to be a hard-core programmer or complex logic master to create something equally pleasing and beautiful.
Wherever I forget something, I go back to it.

One of, if not the best courses I've taken online.

Bruno goes into depth on every three.js topic and structures it so all the concepts make sense.

The content is easily accessible and the text tutorials make it easy to go back and find info without having to scroll through the video.

He consistently updates the content when needed and has built an active community around the course which makes it easy to get help even when he's not available.

Amazing course. I love that the pricing is a one-time payment instead of a subscription so that i'm not pressured to rush through the content and can go at my own pace. Also Bruno is constantly updating and improving the course and you get all of the updates free of charge. Since i purchased the course he's added subtitles to (almost) all of the videos, updated some course content to use updated libraries and standards and more.

Absolutely worth the price and more. This is the definitive way to learn how to use Three.js.

This is by far one of the best course I have purchased. It covers concepts which go above and beyond the course plan. I have never seen an instructor who puts so much efforts into explaining concepts which no one would give time for explanation. These little things add a-lot to the learning process!

The best tutorial out there by far.
Everything so detailed and explained.
Bruno made sure to keep everything in one place when we are watching the video. Has a separate link tab to make it easy for us to go to links he mentions. The way he shows everything when he teaches amazing! Always a beautiful text as he explains. Drawing complicated things to make it even more understandable. Discord community is ultra active with Bruno aswell answering when he can . ( Almost all the time ). If you want actually learn Three.js without wondering around in "Tutorial Hell" this is da place.

One thing that standout from other coding courses i've ever bought was it was well documented, everything said in video is documented right below the video for people who don't want to watch long videos. I began my journey with Three.js at a time when there were limited resources available, and finding a comprehensive guide or reference was quite challenging. However, I stumbled upon this course and didn't hesitate to enroll. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Bruno, the instructor, is a fantastic mentor who explains every lesson with expertise and clarity. Thanks to this course, I was able to secure a job in 3D Web Development. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested in learning Three.js.

A passionate teacher who explains all concepts in great detail. Always keeps things updated and also expand the course by teaching things beyond three.js like learning Blender and React. This course's price is too low for the value it provides. French accent is a bonus.

This course is excellent for beginner level entry into threejs. There are some missing topics like render targets, stencil & depth buffer and layers. There are a couple lessons that are Blender focused which threw me off. The shader portion is very short. The patterns lesson is definitely nice but I think jumping from that to making a wave leaves out some key information. Id like to see a better shader section or even a separate shader course so he's not making context for free. I do want him to be paid for any additional work. This is just me but it would be nice if there was an overall project that you create through the course that's more of a portfolio or show off piece. The game you create is very very cool but I think a lot of people get into threejs to learn how to build awwards level sites.

Three.js Journey was an amazing experience!

Bruno is a perfect teacher. He has a certain opinion on everything shown, but also always shows alternatives and never claims that his way is the only way. Everything is explained with examples and you are always taken back to deepen what you have learned.

The course is up to date, and there should be no version problems at any time.

If you are interested in getting started with three.js, react three fiber, drei, shaders, glsl, blender, react, etc - get the course!

By far the best course to learn this material. From zero to superhero.
Nothing was missing there. There are resources, there are well-filmed, clear, and consistent videos that always stay up to date, and also a readable version of each lesson.

The only thing you should know in advance is that there are no subtitles, but it didn't even bother me.
During the lesson, Bruno presents the points he talks about in a presentation and he also speaks clearly. In addition, as I mentioned earlier the entire lesson plan is written in text with pictures and videos; so you can also go through it by reading.

From beginning to end a very pleasant experience. A great value course that explains everything you need to know about Three.js and components to work alongside it.

Additionally, the creator (and community) are active on discord, making it possible to ask questions directly if you get stuck during the course!
