Aglaé Ventures takes a stake in Webedia’s capital alongside Fimalac

In order to support the growth and development of WEBEDIA, a leading European digital media and audiovisual production group in the entertainment sector, Aglaé Ventures (a technology-focused investment fund affiliated with Financière Agache) has taken a stake in WEBEDIA’s capital alongside FIMALAC (the group led by Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière).

About Fimalac
Fimalac is a French company founded in 1991 by Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière, who is its sole shareholder. It develops five business sectors: private equity, with a minority stake in Warburg Pincus; digital media and production with Webedia; live entertainment with Fimalac Entertainment; and real estate with office buildings in Paris, London, and New York.
