aggravating ads. No way to block them. Interface gets worse and worse. I check to see where I am on the trip and the trip info slides up to cover the whole screen. I slide it down to look at the map and it slides back up halfway. Then I have to slide it down AGAIN. This happens every time. And sometimes the app won't give me information about a car that's already on the way. It keeps telling me to wait for the driver information but the driver has already arrived. This app is a mess.

I like the rides, but the app is slow and I often can't enter the location I'm being picked up from or being dropped off. The app automatically uses the last location, which isn't where I want to be picked up. This is frustrating because I have home and work assigned in Lyft and I can't just click them to go to/from these locations. Also, can't the app know when I'm home or at work?!

They keep double-charging my card. Before I got a car, I budgeted how much I needed to get to work. I kept going over budget. Checked my bank account. Each ride showed $10 plus an additional $10 pending. I needed to budget TWICE the actual cost to get to work. Actually more, because this $10 ride, randomly cost me $50. Because of the double charging, I actually needed to budget 10 times the actual cost. They literally held my paycheck hostage until I could finally afford a down payment.
