Works great for texting and pretty well for video. We used to use it for keeping track of each other when we were out. My partner likes for me to know where she is. For the last 2 months at least, the "live location" that she is sharing NEVER updates. No matter how far she goes or how long it's been, this power app still shows her at home. It's worse than useless, because we put some level of faith in it based on past performance.

The app has been great so far, best messaging app by a distance. The recent changes are great. It can be improved upon though. With people belonging to so many groups these days, *groups chats need to be separated from individuals*. There should be option to change the default display menu colours and outlook. In short more customization option should be integrated.

I don't even know if the app is good or not. I have trouble registering my phone number to the app, and when I messaged the support, they kept sending me pre-generated generic responses, and none of them were related to the issue I was having. I've explained the issue over 5 times now, and still nothing has come back from support that was even remotely helpful to the issue I'm having. I need this app for work, but it's clear nobody at whatsapp actually cares enough to try and fix the issue.
